I designed a 20-page thought leadership eBook exploring the relationship between Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The objective was to translate complex operational concepts into a clear, engaging publication for industry professionals.
Using editorial design, custom diagrams, and structured information hierarchy, I created a cohesive reading experience that balanced technical depth with accessibility while reinforcing Prometheus Group's expertise in operational excellence.
Reflection
This project challenged me to translate highly technical information into a clear and engaging reading experience. Through thoughtful editorial design, information hierarchy, and visual storytelling, I transformed complex operational concepts into content that was easier to understand and navigate.
It reinforced a lesson I return to often: good design is not just about making information look better. It is about making information easier to understand.
