Overview
For the 2026 User Conference, the theme was Connecting People + AI to show that while technology continues to evolve, people remain at the heart of progress. The goal was to celebrate the connections, collaboration, and expertise that drive innovation forward.
My challenge was to create a visual identity that reflected this message while remaining recognizable as Prometheus Group. The system needed to scale across digital, print, environmental, presentation, and motion assets while delivering a cohesive attendee experience.
Setting the Stage
For the 2026 Prometheus Group User Conference, we introduced a new stage design featuring a large concave LED backdrop flanked by two convex LED pillars. The goal was to create a more immersive environment that could support keynote presentations, panel discussions, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
The result was a dynamic visual centerpiece that elevated the attendee experience and created a memorable backdrop for every presentation, conversation, and announcement throughout the conference.
Environmental Branding & Wayfinding
With hundreds of attendees navigating multiple floors, sessions, and spaces, the conference needed a clear and scalable signage system that supported wayfinding without disrupting the event's visual identity. I developed a comprehensive environmental branding system spanning welcome displays, directional signage, room identifiers, product solution banners, and venue maps across two floors.
The result was a unified branded environment that guided attendees seamlessly through the experience while reinforcing the event identity at every touchpoint, from the moment they walked in to the final session.
Digital Experience
A conference experience starts long before attendees walk through the doors.
To support registration and event engagement, I designed the visual assets for the User Conference microsite, extending the event brand across speaker features, agenda content, promotional graphics, and attendee communications. The result was a cohesive digital experience that built excitement and connected attendees with the conference before it began.
Results & Reflection
209 Registrations • 195 Attendees • 92 Leads Generated • 69 Hot Leads • 34 Opportunities Created • $10M+ Influenced Pipeline • Doubled Original Pipeline Goal
What started as a conference theme evolved into a complete event ecosystem spanning branding, stage design, environmental graphics, digital experiences, motion assets, and attendee engagement. Watching hundreds of attendees interact with the work in real time was incredibly rewarding and reinforced my love for creating experiences, not just deliverables.
The success of the conference showed how thoughtful, scalable design can strengthen engagement, support business goals, and create meaningful connections long after the event ends.
