Overview
To support the launch of GWOS-AI at SMRP 2025, I partnered with the Events team to design a custom tradeshow experience that combined environmental branding, product storytelling, and attendee engagement.
My role included booth layout strategy, environmental graphics, 3D renderings, event advertising, promotional apparel, and supporting collateral. Together, these elements created a cohesive experience designed to attract attendees, support live demonstrations, and drive meaningful conversations throughout the event.
Designing for Engagement
The booth was built around a dedicated demonstration theater where attendees could see GWOS-AI in action. Rather than relying on static displays alone, the experience was designed to encourage visitors to stop, watch live demonstrations, and engage directly with product experts.
Open sightlines, layered messaging, and strategically placed graphics helped communicate key product benefits from multiple viewing angles. Environmental branding, apparel, collateral, and promotional giveaways worked together to reinforce the launch message throughout the attendee journey.
This approach transformed the booth from a product display into an interactive environment focused on education, conversation, and product discovery.
Results
GWOS-AI was featured across booth graphics, environmental branding, event apparel, collateral, and promotional giveaways.
The creative strategy focused on transforming a complex industrial AI solution into an approachable and engaging event experience. By aligning visual storytelling with product education and sales objectives, the campaign helped support attendee engagement, 6 live demo sessions, 74 generated leads, 9 sales opportunities, and over $551K in influenced pipeline.
Reflection
This project challenged me to think beyond individual deliverables and design a cohesive event experience. From booth strategy and environmental graphics to apparel, promotional giveaways, and supporting collateral, every touchpoint needed to work together to communicate a consistent message and create meaningful interactions with attendees.
Collaborating closely with the Events team, I translated a complex product launch into an engaging visual experience that supported live demonstrations, encouraged conversations, and reinforced Prometheus Group's presence on the show floor.
The project reinforced an important lesson I return to often: successful design is not just about creating attractive assets. It is about creating connected experiences that help people engage, understand, and take action.
